I thrive on helping people reach their full potential through accurate exercise prescription. I particularly enjoy working with older clientele and seeing the improvements they make by being able to complete their activities of daily living with ease. Exercise is medicine and I am proud to be part of this ever-growing allied health movement.

Personal Interests: going to the beach, long walks, gardening, spending time outside.

The most satisfying aspect of my job is helping people achieve things they never thought possible, like eliminating aches and pains, improving strength and fitness or even simply finding forms of exercise that make them happy.

I am forever grateful to be in a position to promote “Exercise is Medicine” and use exercise to make a real difference and contribute to a more active future. I strongly believe exercise is the gold standard to minimise risk of all-cause morbidity. The continuum of prevention, management and treatment of health conditions is synonymous with Exercise Physiology which I believe is suitable for all ages.
