Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to provide a supportive and motivating environment that will help you stay on track with your rehabilitation and fitness goals. We offer a variety of classes to cater to all levels of fitness and ability, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Our classes include:

  • Yoga: Our yoga classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, and to help reduce stress and tension. Our instructors will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.

  • Pilates: Our pilates classes focus on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Our instructors will work with you to develop a personalized program that will help you achieve your specific fitness goals.

  • Strength and Conditioning: Our strength and conditioning classes are designed to improve overall fitness and build muscle mass. Our certified trainers will guide you through a variety of exercises using weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to help you build strength and endurance.

  • Balance and Fall Prevention: Our balance and fall prevention classes are designed to help you improve your balance and reduce the risk of falls. Our physiotherapists will guide you through a series of exercises and movements that will help improve your coordination and stability.

Our classes are small, intimate and affordable, so you can be sure you'll receive personalized attention and guidance from our instructors. We offer classes throughout the week to fit with your schedule. Our group classes are priced at only $20 per class.
