COMMUNICATION
Super important, and as a team value highly.
- Please return missed calls ASAP
- Please respond to texts and gmail chat messages within 3 hours
- Please respond to emails with 48hrs
- Communicate with other team members
- Communicate to Anthony and other team members if you're away on a certain day
- Liase with your colleague/s when there are schedule changes.
- Ask for help if needed.
GENERAL EXPECTIATIONS
- Arrive to meet clients ontime.
- Please ensure to keep appointment diary up to date and accurate on Halaxy.
- Promote your colleague to patients where clinically appropriate.
- Keep up to date with clinical notes, referrals and doctor letters.
- Fill in timesheet in Xero (Employee only)
- Apply for leave in Xero and email Anthony if you are taking leave (Employee only)
- Get Medical Certificate for sick days regardless of day of the week (Employee only)xt goes here

40% = Probationary period first 3 months
42% = 3 months
44% = 6 months
+2% for every 20 sessions per week handed over to a new practitioner. To demonstrate
sustainability; that practitioner must be maintaining 60-75 sessions per week for 4 months before
handover. Weeks with annual leave, sick leave, or Public holidays will not be included.
One can progress past 50% remaining within the company for +5 years or becoming a Site Manager.

Gold Card Holder
- Referral every 12 sessions, or 12 months whatever comes first.
- Can have a 12-month exception form completed by their doctor, to void the 12 session
rule, but this isn’t very common.
- Gold cards with adequate clinical justification, aim to see them 2-3 times a week
White Card Holder
- Referral every 12 sessions, or 12 months whatever comes first.
- Can only treat clinical conditions listed on their white card, need the exact wording from
DVA. Can get exact wording from the client’s MyGov account (ask them to check and
take a photo etc) or call DVA on 1300 550 017 and provide suggestions of what could be
on their white card. The operator will never give out information voluntarily (unless
talking to the client directly) they will just say if you are correct or not.
- All mental health conditions = PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress
- Conditions not to be treated by EP = tinnitus, skin cancer etc.
- White cards with adequate clinical justification, aim to see them 2 times a week
TPI Gold Card Holder
- Referral every 12 months.
- PCP approximately every 4 months and upload to Halaxy profile.
- Gold cards with adequate clinical justification, aim to see them 2-3 times a week
DVA Rules / Practitioner’s Compliance
DVA stipulate that a Veteran can only be treated for one clinical condition per day. However, we
know they benefit from multiple services, and it is convenient for them to come on the same day. To
accommodate this formally and according to notes EP to treat mental health / metabolic /
cardiovascular conditions & Physio treat MSK conditions if being treated on the same day.
